Privacy Policy

Tablow / 橘小记 ("the App") is operated by Shanghai Chaowei Emerging Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). The App is an offline, local-first habit tracker: check-ins, notes, and related content stay on your device. We do not run an app backend that uploads, syncs, or stores your tracker data. This policy covers the App and our website (tablow.willopc.com). Additional processing specific to the Android build distributed in mainland China (WeChat Pay) is described in section 5.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Tablow mobile app and the official website. The app and the website are independent: using the app does not require visiting the website and does not require an account.

2. Offline app — data stays on your device

Core features work offline without signing in. • Trackers, check-ins, notes, preferences, and your membership unlock status are stored locally on your device. • There is no cloud sync of your tracker content. • We do not run an app server that receives your habit data. • Uninstalling the app or clearing app data may lose local data. With membership you can export a backup file yourself and import it when needed.

3. Information we do NOT collect

Through the app we do not collect: • Tracker content, check-ins, or notes • Account details (the app requires no account) • Advertising identifiers used for ads or profiling • Precise location, contacts, photos, messages, or other data unrelated to the app's features We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your tracker content for ads or profiling.

4. Anonymous product analytics

To improve the product, release builds for iOS and Android send product events to Mixpanel, Inc., a third-party analytics service with servers in the United States (https://mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy/): • Mixpanel generates a random device identifier that distinguishes installations; it contains no name, account, or tracker content. The identifier is stored on your device and sent with events; clearing app data or reinstalling resets it. • Events contain behavior names and coarse information (for example app language, theme, membership status, count buckets, product ID, purchase amount and currency, failure reason, and share-card type). They never include tracker names, notes, backup contents, or exact activity dates or times. • The Mixpanel SDK automatically attaches technical app and device information: operating system and version, device manufacturer and model, screen size and density, app version and build, and basic network/device capability flags. We disable IP-based geolocation, so Mixpanel does not derive city, region, or country from your IP address. As with any network request, Mixpanel's servers receive the connection's IP address; Mixpanel states that it does not retain the IP address. • Mixpanel processes this data on our behalf and may transfer it to the United States. Debug and screenshot builds send no analytics. The Android mainland-China build asks for your consent at first launch: if you do not agree, the app exits and no analytics or membership initialization runs. On iOS and Google Play, analytics is on by default and can be turned off at any time under Settings → "Anonymous usage data": turning it off stops collection immediately (events already sent are not recalled) and never affects app features. Clearing app data or reinstalling resets the local identifier, and uninstalling stops future collection.

5. In-app purchases and membership

Membership is a one-time unlock with the same benefits on every channel. • iOS and Google Play: purchases and restores are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their rules; we never receive your card details. • Android (mainland China): payment is completed through WeChat Pay (WeChat OpenSDK). Our self-hosted membership service (host tablow-srv.willopc.com) issues orders and verifies membership. On first use it registers an installation credential (installationId and token) for this installation and stores it with your membership status in the app's private directory (excluded from system backups and from exported files) to tie the purchase to this installation. This channel has no account system; the purchase cannot be restored after uninstalling, clearing app data, or changing devices. On every channel we never receive your card number or payment password.

6. Voluntary contact and the website

【Support email】 If you email hello@willopc.com, we process only what you provide (such as your email address and message) to reply and handle your request. 【Website】 Visiting tablow.willopc.com is optional and independent of the offline app. The website may process routine technical information needed to serve pages (for example standard access logs), depending on your browser and network. The website does not offer APK sideloading.

7. Information sharing

Because the app does not send your tracker data to us, we hold no habit data to share. Information may be exchanged only in these cases: • You contact us and it is necessary to handle your request (with your participation) • Product events sent to Mixpanel, Inc. (section 4) • On the Android mainland-China build, interactions with WeChat Pay and our membership service for orders and membership checks (section 5) • To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests from judicial or administrative authorities • Apple or Google processing a purchase as the store provider under their rules (not us providing cloud processing of tracker content) We do not sell personal information.

8. Your choices

You can: • Use the app offline without an account • On the Android mainland-China build, choose not to agree at first launch; the app then exits and runs no analytics or membership initialization • Turn analytics on or off anytime under Settings → "Anonymous usage data"; turning it off stops collection and never affects app features • Delete local data by clearing app data or uninstalling • Export or migrate your data yourself with the membership feature • View the privacy policy and user agreement anytime in the app's settings • Contact hello@willopc.com about this policy or support

9. Minors

The app is primarily intended for adults. If you are under 18, please read this policy with a guardian and use the app with their consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 through the app.

10. Third-party components

The app includes the following components relevant to data processing: • Mixpanel analytics (Mixpanel, Inc., https://mixpanel.com): receives product events in the US data region; enabled only in iOS and Android release builds. • WeChat OpenSDK (com.tencent.mm.opensdk): included only in the Android mainland-China build to invoke WeChat Pay; its processing follows Tencent's privacy rules. • Apple App Store / Google Play: purchases on the iOS and Google Play channels are handled by the respective store under its privacy policy. Other network requests are used only for the analytics and purchase/membership features above.

11. Policy updates

We may revise this policy. For material changes we will notify you through the website or reasonable in-app means. The latest version is always available on our website.
